Why Servus exists
Talking to customers should be the easy part. Instead, it's a mess. WhatsApp lives in one tool, email in another, SMS in a third, push somewhere else entirely. Every channel has its own format, its own quirks, its own way of breaking. Most of the messages people receive feel cold and automated — and most of the tools that send them feel hostile to the developers who have to wire them up.
We started Servus because we believed messaging could be all three things at once: unified, warm, and serious. Unified, so you write once and reach people wherever they are. Warm, so a message from a brand can still feel like it came from a person. Serious, because deliverability, privacy and reliability are not nice-to-haves — they are the whole job.
