Deliverability & staying unblocked
How smart pacing, number warm-up, and health monitoring keep your number safe — so you reach inboxes, not blocklists.

Pacing is owned by the gateway
When a campaign launches, Servus fills the durable outbox; the gateway drains it at a safe pace. You don't blast — the platform spaces sends out so a number isn't flagged for a sudden spike.
Number warm-up
A brand-new sender ramps gradually. Automatic warm-up increases volume over time rather than starting at full throttle, which protects the number's reputation with carriers and WhatsApp.
Health monitoring
Channels report their connection state and last error back continuously, and devices send heartbeats. The portal surfaces an online/offline pill and the last error so you can spot a degraded channel before it costs you deliveries.
Respect opt-out and the 24-hour window
The biggest deliverability lever is consent. Honor opt-out (sends to an opted-out contact are blocked at the platform), and on WhatsApp respect the 24-hour window — outside it you must use an approved template to re-open the conversation. See Opt-out & compliance.
